Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences (preferred).
• Participate in accreditation activities (NBA/NAAC), IQAC, and other academic quality initiatives.
• Encourage and guide students in projects, internships, technical competitions, and research activities.
• Teach undergraduate Mechanical Engineering courses.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
• Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
• Assist in admission, examination, placement, and student engagement activities.
• Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and FDPs.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of institution.
