As an Assistant Professor at ACE Engineering College, you will deliver lectures, conduct research, and mentor students in engineering disciplines. Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching:

• Develop and deliver lectures for undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses.
• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, handouts, and exams.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Supervise and guide students during laboratory sessions.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of lab equipment.
• Develop and implement lab experiments that align with course objectives.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Advise students on course selection, career paths, and research opportunities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Research:

• Conduct original research in your area of expertise.
• Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners on research projects.

Skilling:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in your field and incorporate them into your
  teaching.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance students’ technical and soft skills.
• Promote industry-relevant skills through practical assignments and projects.

Preparing for Accreditations:

• Contribute to the preparation of accreditation documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and guidelines.
• Participate in self-assessment and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE, IT, CSE (AI & ML), CSE (DS), or CSE (IoT)
• CGPA/Percentage:Minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% and above
• Year of Passing :Recent Passed outs
• Experience: 0-8 years
• Gender: Male /Female

Skills Required

Technical Skills: Proficiency C, C++, Java, Python, DSA, DBMS, HTML, OS,
Computer Networks, SQL, NoSQL, Frontend and Backend and other programming
languages.

Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in coding competitions like
Hackerank, Leetcode, codechef, codeforces etc.,

Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
