Job summary

Sahajanand Medical Technologies is seeking a production/QMS assistant to operate under supervision, ensuring productivity and quality in line with GMP/GDP guidelines. You will maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, manage in-process material storage, and document daily and monthly details in soft copy.

You will report abnormal observations to senior staff and seek training as needed. You will also handle MRN, QMS entries online, and run batches as directed by seniors.

Qualifications

• Responsible to work under supervision of seniors.
• Maintain Productivity and Quality as per QMS under Sr.Officer/Executive.
• Submission of daily and monthly details in soft copy.
• Maintain department cleaning, safety precautions and hygiene requirement.
• Maintain working and storage condition of in-process RM.
• Report to Sr. Officer any abnormal observations.
• Ask Sr. Executive about extra training requirements.
• Follow GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Maintain and fill all the QMS online.
• Issue material from RM store and prepare MRN.
• Run batches as prioritized by Sr. Officer.

Responsibilities

• Work under senior supervision to ensure production quality and compliance.
• Maintain clean and safe department workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Record daily/monthly data digitally and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle RM storage conditions and assist in batch preparation as priorities dictate.
