Position Summary:
We are seeking Assistant Marketplace/ Ecommerce Manager, who is proficient in marketplace & quick commerce ecosystems such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, media planning, campaign management, and data-driven optimizations across multiple platforms.
This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical capabilities, a data-first mindset, and hands-on expertise in scaling ecommerce performance through paid advertising and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Quick Commerce Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA/PCA, Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick commerce platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace ads, focusing on KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and other relevant metrics.
- Strategize and execute visibility plans for new product launches combining paid & organic approaches.
- Perform keyword research, optimize product listings, and adjust targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
Budgeting & Media Planning:
- Allocate and manage monthly advertising budgets across different marketplaces and channels.
- Monitor daily spend, pacing, and campaign effectiveness to meet profitability goals.
- Execute promotional strategies during sales events such as BBD, Prime Day, Flipkart Big Billion Days, Pink Friday, etc.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketplace traffic, sales trends, customer behavior, and retention metrics using tools like Amazon Brand Analytics and Seller Central reports.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, competitor benchmarking, and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing ecommerce and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
- Proven expertise in planning and executing marketplace ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Experience managing large datasets and transforming data into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of marketplace policies, product listing best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
