Goodfit in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, is hiring Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager – Waterproofing. You will drive growth, develop dealer networks, manage key accounts, and engage with architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and distributors to meet sales targets.

You will lead efforts to win project sales in residential, commercial, industrial sectors, conduct product demos, ensure approvals, track market trends, and coordinate with technical and marketing teams for site support

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–8 years in waterproofing or building materials sales.
• Strong dealer, contractor, architect, builder, consultant network in Kanpur.
• Experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and applicator networks.
• Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, consultants, PMC's, developers.
• Identify and convert project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Ensure product specifications and approvals in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
