Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, identify, and manage suppliers for casting and plastic components used in tractors.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Quality teams for new part development and engineering changes.
• Drive cost optimization, localization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely PPAP, tooling, and prototype development for new projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers to build a robust supply chain network.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Strong knowledge of casting processes, plastic injection molding, tooling, PPAP, APQP
