Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is seeking an experienced tax professional to resolve real-time tax queries for teams and clients, with emphasis on Form 1065 related work and K1/K3 schedules. The role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and PFIC/PE fund compliance experience.

You will guide a team, ensure quality client service, and maintain high work-life balance while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Able to resolve real time tax queries of the team and the clients.
• Working expeirence on Form 1065, Schedules K1/K3
• Partnership Filings (preferably Form 1065 or 8865), PFIC analysis, PE fund compliances
• Strong inter- personal skills, leadership with proven track record and team building ability.
• Should possess strong international outlook and good cross cultural comfort level
• Demonstrating experience as a team leader by creating a positive environment to the team while meeting client expectations.
• Respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, and keeping the leadership informed of any progress or issues
• Deeper understanding of accounting concepts & US Tax Principles.
