Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring-LCC) will be responsible for driving high‑volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage recruitment teams, deliver hiring targets within defined timelines, and ensure process efficiency and positive candidate experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end bulk hiring initiatives for large‑scale recruitment requirements
  • Manage, mentor, and guide talent acquisition teams to achieve hiring targets and productivity goals
  • Develop and execute high‑volume sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels and tools
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to align hiring plans with business needs
  • Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring at scale
  • Ensure seamless candidate communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle
  • Drive coordination of offer management, reference checks, and background verification processes
  • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards, and pipeline reports to leadership
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in bulk and volume hiring
