Diageo India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics (East) to lead the S&OP function for the eastern region, collaborating with Supply and Commercial teams to ensure stock availability across manufacturing and warehousing sites.

The role drives digital transformation of supply chain processes, leverages platforms and tools to enhance planning capabilities, and oversees weekly reviews with manufacturing sites and warehouses to service orders on time in full.

About the role

Assistant Manager - Supply Chain & Logistic (East) is a key position responsible for S&OP function within the region, acting as Regional Replenishment Planner collaborate closely with Supply & Commercial function for eastern region. Role plays an essential role in the supply chain function by using analytical, demand forecast, distributors stock norms & sales data of a company to effectively executing customer orders with right availability of stock across manufacturing and warehousing sites.

S/he will also play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of supply chain processes, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools to enhance planning capabilities for effective response to dynamic market environment.

Manage the weekly review process with Manufacturing Sites & Warehouses to ensure right stock availability to service customer orders on time in full (100% OTIF). The role will also be responsible for Innovation & Renovation Projects Supply Readiness and on-time delivery by close tracking of deliverables. Monitor daily Indenting to deliver high level of customer service and be an important stakeholder for commercial leaders to help delivering business growth while optimizing supply chain.
