Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities
  • Advanced Excel & Automation
    • Design and maintain complex Excel reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
    • Develop and implement VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure proper formatting and structuring of Excel tables for optimal usability.
  • Power BI Development
    • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
    • Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement
    • Analyze existing reporting processes and propose enhancements.
    • Present ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and data visualization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with UK-based clients and senior management.
    • Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently.
    • Act as a key point of contact for reporting-related queries.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Must have 4+ Years into Macros, VBA and Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (including VBA programming).
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data modeling.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work with international clients and senior leadership.
