Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Reporting COE professional to join the APAC PDS team. You will partner with FP&A, Controllership and Business Finance to deliver reporting, analytics, and governance across the APAC region, supporting sustainable and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include Actual vs Plan analyses, dashboards, working capital management, headcount analytics, project profitability, and AI-enabled finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting and business performance management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• ERP systems exposure and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Actual vs Plan, Forecast and Prior Year analyses for management reports.
• Prepare MTD, QTD and YTD dashboards, KPI reporting, variance analysis and business commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and periodic business reviews.
• Monitor project cash flow, AR/AP ageing, working capital metrics and bad debt provisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion and risk management.
• Analyse headcount, hiring, attrition, utilisation and productivity trends.
• Provide insights to support workforce planning, resource optimisation and cost efficiency.
• Monitor project revenue, margins, utilisation and profitability performance.
• Identify revenue opportunities, margin risks and bench optimisation actions.
• Support business, sector and regional P&L reporting and reviews.
• Conduct KPI, pipeline, revenue and cost analysis to support decision making.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Deliver standardised regional reporting and controllership support.
• Ensure compliance with reporting policies, controls and governance requirements.
• Serve as a change agent, driving and implementing process change and continuous improvement across finance workstreams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, scale, and modernize finance tools, technology, and processes.
• Drive adoption of Finance Transformation initiatives and AI/automation tools (e.g., RPA, GenAI-enabled reporting and analysis) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.
• Manage seamless collaboration across finance, business lines, corporate, and operations functions to ensure comprehensive business alignment.

APAC PDS FINANCE REPORTING COE

WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES

The APAC PDS Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence (COE) is responsible for delivering financial excellence, business performance insights, and strategic decision support across the region. This role partners with Business Finance, FP&A, and Controllership teams to drive reporting, analytics, working capital management, workforce planning, project profitability, and governance initiatives that support sustainable and profitable growth.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Deliver Actual vs Plan, Forecast and Prior Year analysis for management reporting.
