Farbe Firma Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat, India seeks a Lead QC Laboratory Manager to oversee analytical testing (HPLC, microbiology, physical testing) and to review data for product release decisions. You will manage the QC team and ensure GMP compliance and data integrity across LIMS records.

The role requires a strong background in USP/BP/IP standards, meticulous documentation, and the ability to lead training and quality assurance activities in a fast‑paced injectable manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of USP/BP/IP standards and GMP guidelines

Excellent attention to detail and data integrity practices

Proficiency in laboratory LIMS and documentation systems

Lead quality assurance activities in the QC laboratory. Perform analytical testing including HPLC, microbiology, and physical analysis. Review test data and issue release/rejection decisions.
