Position Title

Asst Manager/ Manager - Production

Role Overview

Position is responsible for END‑to‑END production/manufacturing operation, developing and adhering to production schedule (monthly, weekly, daily). Upkeep of Hershey Asset (Autonomous and Preventative maintenance). Following up for material requirements and connectivity schedules. Ensuring product Quality as per Hershey standards, controlling material variances, MIS. Taking External and Hershey internal Audits.
