Job summary

A leading global real estate firm is seeking a Procurement Specialist to develop and implement procurement strategies. You will manage vendor relationships, analyze procurement data, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, along with 4+ years of relevant procurement experience. This position is based on-site in Gurugram, Haryana.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in project management.
  • Proven track record in procurement oversight and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement for the Interior fit out works, multiple city exposure.

  • Strategic Procurement
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
    • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, across multiple projects
    • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings
    • Resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts as they arise
  • Stakeholder management:
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
    • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets agreed-upon standards
  • Process and Risk Management and compliance:
    • Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
    • Implement and maintain procurement best practices, including risk management and cost-saving initiatives
    • Required to conduct procurement on e-procurement tool.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ,Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project management environment
  • Proven track record of successful procurement oversight and process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
