• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, progress reports, and inspection records.


• Prepare regular project status reports for the Projects Lead, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and any areas requiring attention.


• Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation upon project completion, ensuring that all records reflect the final state of the project.


• Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and accessible, supporting future project reviews and audits.

Collaboration And Communication

• Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.


• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on engineering activities and contributing to discussions on project planning and execution.


• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve any technical issues and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.


• Provide clear and concise technical information to non-engineering team members, ensuring they understand the requirements and constraints of the project.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

4+ years of experience, preferably in construction project management.

Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Industry

Experience in the gas distribution, oil and energy, or utilities sectors.
