Opening for Assistant Manager - MIS for a leading real Estate developer in Bangalore. Ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in MIS role within the accounts & finance team. B.com with Inter CA/CWA/MBA in finance would be preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of fortnightly/monthly reports on Sales & Collections.
- Preparation of Project Level Cashflows on monthly basis from ERP reports.
- Keeping track of milestone invoices being raised to customers & cumulative project milestone completions.
- Tracking of the Expenses against Budgeted cost heads across the projects on a regular basis & reporting the same monthly.
- Preparation of Revenue Share workings & reconciliations on periodical basis.
- Assist RERA team in updating new project registrations & qtrly updates on budgeted vs. actual numbers.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.com with Inter CA/CWA/MBA in finance and 5 to 7 years experience in similar role.
- Strong Inter-personal, Organizational and Problem-solving skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail while evaluating the business transactions and implement Financial Procedures
- Proficient in Spreadsheets and MS Office Suite (Must be good skilled in MS Excel)
- Experience in Real Estate Industry will be an added advantage
- Working experience in ERP environment will be an added advantage
