Marketing & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, oil & gas, and energy sectors.

Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Monitor tender portals (Government, PSU, and Private) for relevant opportunities.
  • Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and management teams for bid preparation.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids within deadlines.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and address client queries.
  • Maintain records of tender status, bid results, and project documentation.

Client & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with customers from enquiry to order finalization.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
  • Support contract finalization and project handover to execution teams.
  • Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and outstanding payments where required.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Maintain tender trackers, enquiry trackers, and sales pipelines.
  • Generate MIS reports and business performance updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Engineering graduate in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Marketing preferred (especially candidates with a Science/Engineering background).
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, and tendering.
  • Experience in EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial services, oil & gas, or energy sectors will be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
