We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing professional to join our retail electronics chain organization based in Noida. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, increasing store footfall, and boosting sales through strategic, localized marketing initiatives across North India. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail marketing expertise with hands-on execution capabilities, fostering deep collaboration with franchisees and brand partners. With a focus on cost-effective, high-impact campaigns, this position plays a critical role in enhancing brand equity, optimizing marketing spend, and ensuring alignment between on-ground activities and broader business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, and retail-specific campaigns, including catchment area marketing and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, brand teams, and on-ground staff to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to drive business growth and increase store traffic.
  • Design low-cost, high-impact campaigns in partnership with OEMs to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery and deployment of branding assets such as signage, POSM, display stands, and in-store branding materials.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets while maintaining consistent brand presence across all store locations.
  • Leverage digital marketing fundamentals to complement offline efforts and amplify campaign reach.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to meet all marketing KPIs on schedule.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, delivering regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Use campaign performance data and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve future outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, creative, and technology teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Take ownership of on-ground activities and be prepared to lead execution efforts as needed.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, store performance, and budget adherence.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and performance updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • MBA / PGDBM in Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail marketing within Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Telecom, or Technology sectors
