The role involves handling UK-based accounts, P&L preparation, and IFRS-aligned reporting from our Mumbai office. Candidates should have 3–9 years of experience in Indian Audit firms or industry, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Through knowledge of finalization of accounts for entities like partnerships, companies, sole traders etc.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) and analytical thinking.
• 3 to 9 years experience in Indian Audit firm / Industry.

Responsibilities

• Finalization of accounts for UK-based companies including P&L, Balance Sheet, and notes as per IFRS guidelines.
• Reconcile bank accounts, VAT, PAYE, NIC, and compute tax dues from HMRC on UK entities.
• Tax return preparation and VAT/CT summary preparation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

Job Description

• Finalization of accounts for UK based companies includes preparation of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Annual accounts statement, notes and reports as per IFRS accounting guidelines.
• Team Handling Experience is Mandatory for Team Leader & Managerial Role.
• Reconciling the bank account, Revenue and other control accounts like VAT, PAYE, NIC and ascertaining the sum due to from the HMRC UK government.
• Doing ledger scrutiny for all accounting heads and reclassifying, rectifying the errors if any before finalization of account.
• Calculation of the corporation tax and preparation of tax return.
• Preparing VAT Summary, CT Calculation, Preparing Debtors Control accounts.
• Quality Control, On time delivery and accuracy of work
• Maintaining client relationship and ensuring client expectations are met.

Candidate Profile

• Through knowledge in finalization of accounts of entities like, partnerships, Companies, Sole trader etc.
• 3 to 9 years experience in Indian Audit firm / Industry
• Knowledge of Accounting Systems
• Good English Communication skills Verbal and written
• Analytical & Logical thoughts process

• Candidate should be comfortable working from office.

Working Days and Hours

• 6 days week (Monday to Saturday)
• Working Window 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
