Job summary

SBI Card is seeking a diligent auditor to conduct location monitoring across sales sites and verify the effectiveness of Process & Infosec controls. You will produce compliance reports, publish monthly dashboards, and drive process improvements with the Sales compliance Lead and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, adherence to statutory norms, and timely updates on key metrics. Based in Gurugram, it offers work-life balance and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience around Audit Process.
• Knowledge of Audit process around Field processes and centralized processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct location monitoring audits for the aligned geography and channel as per the Approved Audit plan.
• Conduct location monitoring as per the guidelines defined in the Audit Check List to ensure quality and comprehensiveness.
• Prepare audit reports basis the compliance check at sites and discuss and seek approval for release.
• Prepare and publish a Monthly dashboard of compliance status with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge and recommend corrective actions to Process owners for audit observations.
• Prepare and publish a Monthly dashboard for the Action completion status with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge.
• Present periodic & timely updates with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge on key metrics regarding process compliance.
• Drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives discussions with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge and Stakeholders.
• Review of Rebuttal declaration from the Sales Team and Identify checkpoints needed to validate the Rebuttal.
• Collate inputs/evidences available with the ASM / Sales team to support the Rebuttals, conduct validations and share Validation results.
• Handle Queries from sales/stakeholders for validation rejection
• Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

Role Purpose

Responsible for conducting location monitoring audits across sales sites to identify & check the effectiveness of Process & Infosec controls

Role Accountability

1. Conduct location monitoring audits for aligned geography and channel as per the Approved Audit plan
2. Conduct location monitoring as per the guidelines defined in the Audit Check List to ensure quality and comprehensiveness
3. Manage Audit conducted around areas such as Statutory & Regulatory Norms, (Shops & Establishment Act, Fire NOC, GST, Occupancy Certificate, PF, ESI Acts etc. ), IT Security Aspects (USB Disablement, Bluetooth, Security Patches, Printer Access, Antivirus Update, Firewall etc. )
4. Prepare audit reports basis the compliance check at sites and discuss and seek approval for release
5. Prepare and publish a Monthly dashboard of compliance status with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge and recommend corrective actions to Process owners for audit observations
6. Prepare and publish a Monthly dashboard for the Action completion status with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge
7. Present periodic & timely updates with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge on key metrics regarding process compliance
8. Ensure the functional processes are documented with the help of BPM Team and are signed off by stakeholders and functional process documents are updated to keep these relevant and recent at all times
9. Drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives discussions with Sales compliance Lead /Location monitoring Zonal In charge and Stakeholders
10. Review of Rebuttal declaration from the Sales Team and Identify checkpoints needed to validate the Rebuttal
11. Collate inputs/evidences available with the ASM / Sales team to support the Rebuttals, conduct validations and share Validation results
12. Handle Queries from sales/stakeholders for validation rejection
13. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

1. Timely and Accurate Completion of audits as per defined plan
2. Quality of Audits completed
3. Timely and accurate publishing of the Compliance status and action closure
4. Timely and accurate publishing of MIS / Business dashboard
5. Process Adherence as per MOU
