We are looking for a Legal Manager to oversee legal matters related to land acquisition, property registration, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Land Property Legal Compliance
  • Handle land acquisition legalities, including due diligence and verification.
  • Provide legal opinions on agricultural non-agricultural land purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with Revenue Laws of Telangana, including Dharani registration and SRO/MRO processes.
Contract Management Documentation
  • Draft and review agreements, including Sale Deeds, Agreement of Sale, DAGPA, MOU, AGPA, etc.
  • Oversee legal documentation for GHMC permissions and regulatory approvals.
  • Maintain and manage title deeds, land records, and property agreements.
Litigation Dispute Resolution
  • Represent the company in court cases and legal proceedings.
  • Draft and vet petitions, counters, written statements, and legal notices.
  • Work closely with external advocates for legal disputes and compliance matters.
  • Address land and property-related legal disputes through negotiation and resolution.
Regulatory Compliance Management
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA, land acquisition acts, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all property transactions and company operations.
  • Handle revenue matters and resolve land disputes in Dharani and other government portals.
Stakeholder Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal firms, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth property registration and compliance.
  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain legal records for audits and decision-making.
