Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of dark web ecosystems, TOR/I2P networks, and OSINT tools.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK mapping and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and brand protection platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Preferred certifications: CEH, CCSP, or equivalent.
• Understanding of secure network architecture, segmentation, and defense in depth.
• Ability to analyze complex threat intelligence and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dark Web Monitoring: Continuously monitor dark web forums, marketplaces, and leak sites for compromised credentials, sensitive data, or brand misuse. Escalate findings and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Social Media & Brand Monitoring: Track mentions of the organization across social media and open-source platforms. Identify reputational risks, phishing campaigns, or impersonation attempts. Work with legal teams for takedown and mitigation.
• Honey Pot & Decoy Systems: Manage honey pots and decoy assets to detect malicious activity. Analyze attacker behavior, collect IOCs, and feed intelligence into SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Threat Intelligence Analysis: Map findings to MITRE ATT&CK framework, generate actionable intelligence reports, and recommend security control enhancements.
• Incident Response Support: Collaborate with SOC and IR teams to provide intelligence during investigations. Escalate high-severity threats to senior management.
• Vendor & Third-Party Risk Monitoring: Monitor external vendors exposure on dark web and social platforms. Share findings and track remediation progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Maintain trackers of all identified threats, review with CISO periodically, and accelerate breaches of timelines.

JOB ROLE*

Responsible for implementing and proactively monitoring the organization’s exposure across the dark web, social media, and brand reputation platforms, while deployed honey pot decoy monitoring solutions to detect, analyze, and mitigate emerging threats. This role requires strong expertise in cyber threat intelligence, adversary tactics, and proactive defense mechanisms to safeguard organizational assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
