Technical Excellence

  • Proficient in utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and reporting to support HR operational functions.
  • Skilled in performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and align organizational goals.
  • Experienced in managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Strong ability to conduct employee interactions and recognition programs that enhance staff morale and retention.
  • Knowledgeable in HR operations and processes, ensuring compliance and effective operational efficiency.
