Job summary

Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar is seeking an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to support the daily running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt's standards. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager and help train and supervise attendants and team leaders to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping leadership and strong communication and customer relations skills to meet guest and owner expectations at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - or Team Leader - Housekeeping.
• Good communication and customer relations skills.

Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping is responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of attendants and team leaders.
