Job summary

A leading beverage company in Gurugram is seeking a skilled integrator to design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and strong command over API-based models. The selected candidate will develop user interfaces, automate processes, and manage integration security for seamless functionality. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on collaboration and technical solutions to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
  • Proven experience in OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Extracts.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integration models.
  • Knowledge of HCM Core modules is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Build and manage Oracle HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports.
  • Develop user interfaces and extensions using Visual Builder.
  • Work on process automation leveraging Oracle Process Automation.
  • Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Manage authentication methods for integration security.
  • Ensure robust fault handling and monitoring in integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Fast Formulas.

  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including application driven and scheduled orchestrations.
  • Build and manage Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and HDL data loads.
  • Develop user interfaces and extensions using Visual Builder aligned with Redwood UX standards.
  • Work on process automation leveraging Oracle Process Automation (BPMN 2.0).
  • Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for Oracle HCM and third-party integrations.
  • Manage OAuth2.0, Basic Authentication, Security Tokens, and Certificate-based authentication.
  • Ensure robust fault handling, monitoring, and logging in integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand Core HCM Concepts and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, and payroll logic.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
Proven experience in OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Extracts.
Strong understanding of API-based integration models.
