A leading hospitality company in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Guest Relation to assist in the efficient running of the Guest Relations Department. The role involves ensuring smooth operations that align with the company's corporate strategies and brand standards while also meeting expectations of employees, guests, and ownership. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles and possess well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
As an Assistant Manager – Guest Relation, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager – Guest Relation is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Relations Department within the Rooms Division.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
