What you’ll do

• You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on noon food platform
• Own the performance of key interventions and channels with focus on customer growth
• Analyze initiative impact and generate insights to help inform the company's way to play
• Build deep customer understanding for various hubs/ cities
• Support noon Food leadership team in driving critical cross‑functional projects
• Keep key business stakeholders updated with the market and competitive insights
• Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
• Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
• Effectively communicate insights to ensure data‑driven decision making in the organization
• Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics

What you’ll need

• Masters Degree in Business Administration or any related field from a top school
• 1-2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a start up firm
• Delivery experience with strategic planning, growth strategy and business transformation.
• Route to market, business transformation, and/or business model design transformation experience
• Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Hands‑on experience in SQL / Big query or any programming language is preferable
• Excellent analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
