Job summary

EY seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager for FAAS Liquidity Regulatory Reporting in Gurgaon. Responsible for design and testing of liquidity reporting solutions (LCR/NSFR), ensuring data lineage and controls across sources to final reports.

You will work with Treasury, Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting teams to deliver compliant reports. The role requires experience in liquidity reporting frameworks, FATCA/IFRS exposure is a plus, and readiness to drive improvements in reporting processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong relevant FS sector experience
• CA/MBA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in liquidity reporting frameworks (LCR/NSFR/PRA110) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM and liquidity reporting solutions.
• Maintain regulatory reporting process maps, data lineage, and traceability.
• Assess regulatory impacts from liquidity regulation changes and new products.
• Translate liquidity reporting requirements into BRDs, FRDs, specifications, user stories and test rules.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data and Technology teams.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence Support design and implementation of LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM and Liquidity Monitoring reporting solutions aligned to PRA, EBA and Basel liquidity regulations. Maintain regulatory reporting process maps, calculation methodologies, data lineage, and end-to-end traceability from source systems to liquidity reports. Assess regulatory impacts arising from liquidity regulation changes, new products, data feeds, methodologies, and reporting requirements. Support target operating model design and future-state liquidity reporting architecture, including controls, governance, and operating procedures. Translate liquidity reporting requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and testable business rules . Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Data and Technology teams to deliver compliant reporting solutions. Design and review Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), reporting calculations, reference data rules, and data transformation logic supporting liquidity reporting. Define and strengthen controls over regulatory reporting data, calculations, reconciliations, completeness, accuracy, and auditability. Drive improvements to reconciliations between source systems, liquidity engines, data warehouses, and final regulatory reports. Support reporting production cycles, regulatory submissions, change releases, and operational readiness activities.

Skills and attributes

Strong experience in Liquidity Risk Reporting , including LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM and Regulatory Reporting frameworks . Proven ability to lead end-to-end functional design, requirement gathering, impact assessment, and delivery of liquidity reporting solutions. Strong understanding of liquidity regulations, reporting controls, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience in SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, Validation Testing, Defect Management and Release Implementation.
