Job Description: Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Financial Reporting Analyst to join the NAIC Financial Reporting team. This full-time position (40 hours/week) has a dotted line to the Director, NAIC Reporting and plays a critical role in the production of timely and accurate NAIC statements and audited financials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

Region supporting – US Qualification- Sound knowledge of accounting Shift Timings: 3:30 pm- 12:00 am (require flexibility basis business requirement 5:30 pm-2 am) Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days per week from the office, in line with the requirements of the business group Role Type: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of NAIC statutory accounting principles
• Experience working in medium-to-large organizations with multiple divisions
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with Workiva, StatementPro, and SAP
