Hector Beverages, a Bengaluru-based FMCG company known for Paper Boat, is seeking a Chartered Accountant fresher to join the Corporate Finance team. You will handle day-to-day accounting and assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, under the Finance Manager/VP Finance.

The role requires solid accounting principles, exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST and TDS.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally.
• Excellent analytical, numeric and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CA Fresher with up to 2 attempts and internship exposure is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Manage account reconciliations including vendor, customer, bank, and ledger reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review GST returns, TDS workings, and tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in ERP systems.
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified CA Fresher – Maximum 2 attempts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Internship/articleship exposure in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
