Job summary

Johnson & Johnson India seeks a Finance Business Partner to deliver franchise contributions, GP and spend analysis for Wound Closure and Biosurgery. You will drive planning cycles and partner with regional finance and FP&A teams to support business growth.

Based in Mumbai, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow initiatives, while ensuring SOX/WP policies compliance and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support for marketing initiatives
• Lead Franchise Business Planning process within the Franchise (annual Business Plan, Forecasts/Updates, Strategic Planning etc.) working with other team members within Finance BUF and FP&A.
• Period closing activities of the Franchise (co-work with accounting department), including variance analysis and management report preparation and explanations.
• Supervise Competition Performance and share business insights.
• Partner actively with supply chain team towards robust IBP process deployment
• Drive cash flow linked initiatives and bring predictability in forecasting Cash flow
• Timely and proactive feedback on financial implications of events to key stakeholders.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed including compliance with WWP / SOX guidelines undefined

Job Description

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for delivery of overall franchise Contribution, GP and spend analysis. The candidate would support business and driver analytics for Wound Closure Franchise and Biosurgery Franchise also lead planning cycles and analysis activities for the same and working closely with business partners, finance partners in region finance and Business Support FP&A. Responsibilities include:

Management Support

• Support and challenge Franchise lead and other Franchise team members, as a core Business Partner.
• Proactively make recommendations and take actions to achieve Business Plan.
• Support the construction of the Franchise strategy, translate Franchise strategy into Business Planning
• Support strong Compliance awareness, within the franchise.
• Partnership with Strategic Accounts/Government E-Com Group
• Educate and mentor Franchise members, to achieve business growth
• Understand the monthly sales trends and drivers by channel / product line and ensure steps are taken to address gaps with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) by evaluating the opportunities and leading all aspects of financial assessment including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis.

Finance/Accounting, CA.

Required Years of Related Experience:

~4 to 7 years
