Qualifications

• CA qualified professional with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and income tax knowledge.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple assignments.
• Exposure to internal audits, advisory, or CFO support is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• MS Excel proficiency; familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounting, taxation, and compliance engagements for clients.
• Review books of accounts and financial statements as per IGAAP/Ind AS.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and compliance.
• Lead internal audit activities from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate statutory and tax audits with auditors and authorities.
• Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
• Support advisory engagements, due diligence, and transaction support.
• Mentor semi-qualified and junior team members.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement practically.

Role Overview

• The CA Qualified professional will lead and manage client engagements across accounting, taxation, audit, and advisory assignments.
• This role involves end-to-end ownership of deliverables, client interaction, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounting, taxation, and compliance engagements for assigned clients.
• Review and finalise books of accounts and financial statements as per IGAAP / Ind AS.
• Oversee and review GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances and filings.
• Lead internal audit assignments including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage statutory and tax audits, including coordination with auditors and authorities.
• Prepare and review MIS, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Analyse financial data to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
• Support advisory engagements, due diligence, and transaction support.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure practical implementation.
• Guide, review, and mentor semi-qualified and junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Experience in handling client-facing roles and managing multiple assignments.
• Exposure to internal audits, advisory, or CFO support is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools such as Tally / Zoho Books.
