Job summary

VM Placement Solutions in India invites an experienced QA Leader to supervise Quality Engineers, Supervisors and Inspectors across all shifts and production lines. You will drive process control and ensure compliance with quality standards on the shop floor.

You will develop and approve Control Plans, Inspection Standards and Quality SOPs, apply FMEA, SPC and other tools, and conduct root cause analysis to improve yields and reduce defects.

Qualifications

• Review & audit inspections carried out by the team at all production stages.
• ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Root cause analysis: 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone diagram.
• Ensure the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Engineers, Supervisors & Inspectors across all shifts & production lines.
