Job summary

Unilever Brasil Ltda. in Mumbai seeks a Distribution Planning Manager to drive system planning activities and analyze distribution data to develop optimal distribution plans that improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

You will plan FG goods movements from source to destination with a focus on three pillars: highest customer service, lowest distribution cost, and optimized inventory holding, ensuring right quantity reaches the right place on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage System Planning activities and analyze distribution data to develop distribution plans.
• Optimize delivery times, minimize costs and maximize service (DR, Day 0, OSA & OLA).
• Ensure Right Quantity is delivered to Right Place on Time with optimum distribution cost.
• Plan FG goods movements from source to destination with objective of managing three pillars: high customer service level, least distribution cost, and optimized inventory holding.

Job description

The candidate will be responsible for managing System Planning activities and analysing distribution data to develop and implement distribution plans that optimize delivery times, minimize costs and maximize Service (DR, Day 0, OSA & OLA) thus Customer satisfaction. Distribution planning ensures Right Quantity is delivered to Right Place on Time with optimum distribution Cost. Distribution Planning Manager will be Planning FG goods movements from source to destination with an objective of managing three pillars:
