Job summary

LIPTON Teas and Infusions is seeking an Assistant Manager to support CIT, WHT and TP activities within a centralized operating model. The role involves preparing TP documentation, ensuring WHT compliance, assisting refunds processes, and monitoring statutory deadlines while driving data quality and reporting accuracy.

The Assistant Manager will report to the Global Direct Tax and TP Lead and coordinate with Group Tax, Local Finance Controllers, Finance IT, PSPs, GBS, and tax-related interfaces

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• 3–5+ years in a large tax advisory firm or in-house role.
• Experience in SAP and transformation projects is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track CIT/TP/WHT compliance: deadlines, filings, and process improvements.
• Monitor WHT balances, refunds, and cash overviews in the tax process.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of CIT/WHT/TP reporting data.

Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support CIT / WHT and TP activities within a centralized operating model.The role will support with the TP documentation (LF / MF / CbCR) preparation, WHT compliance, support with the refunds process, monitoring of the statutory deadlines, while improving data quality and reporting accuracy.

The Assistant Manager will be reporting to the Global Direct Tax and TP Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• CIT / TP / WHT Compliance: Track tax deadlines and filings, coordinate with 3 PSP and local Finance controllers, escalatexposures, and propose process improvements.
• CIT / WHT Position: Monitor GL balances,maintainWHT cash overviews, trackrefunds.
• Data Quality: Ensure accuracy and completeness of CIT / WHT / TP reporting data.
• TP Documentation: Support with preparation, review and localization of the Local files, Master file, CbCR using TP tooling.
• Documentation Support: Assist with preparation or retention of documentation.

Skills and Experience

Education and Experience

• Education(bachelor or master) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in a large tax advisory firm or in-house
• Accounting or tax Big 4 experience is a plus.
• SAP and transformation project exposure
• Proven ability to run complex, deadline‑driven projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset; hands‑on approach to unlocking stalled workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system/process actions.
• Excellent communication, structure, and project governance skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage parallel projects.
