Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Community Liaison role to develop and implement mobilization plans, engage local communities, and coordinate with project teams to address concerns and document outcomes.

The incumbent will monitor social impact, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with guidelines, acting as the bridge between communities and project staff to deliver positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community mobilization plans to support project activities.
• Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with local communities.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and community stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.
• Track community engagement activities and document participation.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting community interactions, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.
