White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience.

In this role you will hire, develop, coach associates, lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach, and maintain a visually inspiring store aligned with brand standards. • 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
