Job summary

bijlipay is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage annual accounts under Companies Act, coordinating with audit teams and ensuring GST, TDS, ROC compliance. The role also includes fixed asset management and treasury reconciliations for a payment processing company.

The incumbent will work with knowledge of IGAAP, income tax, and RBI/FEMA regulations, and contribute to internal controls and business planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing annual accounts as per companies Act and interacting with audit team.
• Extensive experience in handling fixed asset register and accounting.
• Experience in filing TDS/GST returns and knowledge ROC returns and compliance.
• Knowledge of treasury reconciliations related to payment processing companies.
• Handling Big-4 audit in at least 1 of the previous assignments or worked with Big-4 for 1 year.
• Knowledge of IGAAP, Income tax, GST provisions.
• Basic knowledge in preparing business plans, internal control and finance.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations of FEMA and RBI related to payment processing
