Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a Team Member - TRM to monitor and support treasury operations, ensuring timely closing and coordination across departments. The role involves handling treasury instruments, BRS reviews, and MIS governance to BU teams.

The incumbent will collaborate with banks, BUs, and finance functions to ensure accurate accounting, audits, and compliance across month-end closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce with M.Com.
• Experience in treasury/accounting environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of operations team and support them in closing open items and inter-departmental coordination.
• Manage closing activities and audits.
• Align with business objectives and initiate processes for accounting treasury instruments; review of open BRS items and coordinate with Ops.
• Coordinate with banks and BUs for RTL/FTL statements and closure of open items; work with banks for GST invoices and accounting thereof.
• Responsible for all month closing activities including amortization, accruals, revaluation, etc.
• Review of direct/indirect compliances; preparation of audit schedules in line with GLs and closure of audits.

Purpose/Objective

Key Responsibilities of Role

• -Monitor the performance of operations team and support them in closing open items & inter-departmental coordination.
• Also, to manage closing activities & audits.
• -Align with business objectives and initiate processes for accounting treasury instruments -Review of open BRS items & intimate Ops.
• & trade finance team for timely accounting and review with BUs for open BRS items -Governance in terms of MIS to be submitted to BU's and Identify areas/scope for process/system improvements -Coordinate with banks/BUs for RTL/FTL statements & closure of open items and work with banks for GST invoices & accounting thereof
