Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • SOX / ICFR Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end designing and implementation of SOX and ICFR, including the creation and optimization of Risk Control Matrices (RCM)
  • Risk Assessment & Gap Analysis: Conduct risk assessments, scoping, materiality evaluations, and gap analyses in key business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • SOX Remediation: Design and implement remediation strategies for SOX compliance issues
  • Business Development: Engage in business development activities, managing client relationships and stakeholder communications effectively
  • Business Process Design: Design and improve business processes across various functions including Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Financial Supply Chain Planning (FSCP), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Hire to Retire (H2R)
  • Workstream Leadership: Lead business process workstream calls, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members
  • Control Testing: Perform business process control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Gap Assessments: Conduct gap assessments and provide improvement suggestions to enhance business processes
  • SOP Design: Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process narratives, along with conducting gap assessments
  • Flowchart Creation: Create flowcharts using Visio or ARIS to visually represent business processes and controls
  • Material Weakness Remediation: Identify and remediate material weaknesses in internal controls
Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Qualified CA /ACCA Affiliate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of SOX regulations and ICFR requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Visio, ARIS, and other process mapping tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
