Job summary

MSKA & Associates in Hyderabad, part of a global BDO network, invites qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Assurance practice. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and a CA qualification, with strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.

You will work closely with partners, lead engagements, supervise teams, and travel within India or abroad as needed. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relations skills are essential for delivering rigorous, technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Apply Indian GAAP and Ind AS knowledge to client engagements.
• Collaborate with Partners to build client relationships and drive engagements.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and independently execute Ind AS engagements.
• Communicate clearly with all levels within organizations and during Assurance Committee Meetings.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to work with senior management and lead meetings.
• Promote positive work culture and live BDO values in teams.
• Supervise and coach engagement teams, delegate tasks, and manage multiple engagements.
• Work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
• Identify interesting companies for pitching and prepare pitches for new mandates.
• Keep abreast of developments in the profession, business, industry and regulatory environment.
• Be willing to travel within India or abroad.

Experience - 3-5 years of experience

Qualification - CA

• Must have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
• Working closely with the Partner to build client relationships.
• Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability and experience to communicate at all levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings.
• Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management, drive various meetings.
• Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live BDO values
• Must have proven supervision and coaching skills, ability to delegate, technical skills, the ability to motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements.
