• Evaluate Retailers/Dealers effectiveness in meeting customer needs.
• Enhance brand visibility through marketing campaigns.
• Promote the Brand Voltas.
• Manage Working Capital effectively.
• Organize merchandise at major counters.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility.

• Keeping a close watch on competition strategies & actions & working out countermeasures.
• Handling sales promotion schemes in association with retailers.
• Evaluating effectiveness of Retailers/Dealers in meeting the customer requirements.
• Enhancing brand visibility and recall through regular campaigns in association with marketing department.
• Developing/Promoting the Brand Voltas.
• Managing Working Capital effectively.
• Organize merchandise at major counters.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility.
