Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support HR functions in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have experience handling HR processes, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR database.
  • Support performance appraisal and training processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Admin Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics support for the manufacturing unit.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, visitor management, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
Requirements
