Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design from a recognized institute.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Design, Product Development, Design Research, Innovation, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of design processes, user-centered thinking, and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive design and development projects from concept through execution.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight studies.
• Develop concepts, presentations, design proposals, and development documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Coordinate product development activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.
• Support innovation initiatives through research, ideation, and exploration of new opportunities.
• Prepare and present design concepts, project updates, and development progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and development records.
• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
