Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Sales Incentive Analytics!
We are looking for a skilled Associate with prior experience in managing Reward or Incentive / Commission programs, along with expertise in CRM tools such as Salesforce or other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Advanced Excel and added advantage if he/she has experience with Power BI. Strong communication skills are a must to effectively engage with Managing Directors and Clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and analyse Reward and Incentive Commission programs to optimize performance and business outcomes.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent to manage customer and business data efficiently.
• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI (if applicable).*.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams, Managing Directors, and Clients.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for incentive planning and commission structures.
• Provide analytical support to drive data-driven business decisions.
• Good to have: Knowledge of integration of Eloqua with other platforms, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, On24, GTW and more

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience in handling reward or incentive commission programs.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or other relevant platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with key stakeholders and clients.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in managing incentive-based data.
• Candidates preferably from Mumbai to enhance local market collaboration
