Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager– Invoice to Cash

We are looking for professionals with Credit & Collections/Cash applications/Dispute management profile.

Responsibilities
  • Should have team handling experience of at least relevant years of experience
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
  • Client Management- Manage the I2C portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
  • Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
  • Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
  • Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
  • Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
  • Perform daily internal audit
Minimum Qualifications
  • B COM Graduate
  • Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Experience in Invoice to cash domain
  • Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders
  • Good influencing skills and interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have
  • Good understanding of SAP,Oracle
  • Good team commitment and results delivery orientation
