Job summary

Wockhardt is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - QA for contract manufacturing sites across Northern India. The role demands 10-12 years in pharmaceutical QA, with strong CGMP knowledge and hands-on review of BMRs, BPRs, COAs, and IPQC data.

You will support the head office QA team, coordinate timely batch releases, investigate complaints and drive CAPA actions, and liaise on OOS/OOT investigations with CM sites to ensure compliance and product quality.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of QA/QA-related experience in pharma.
• Experience with cGMP audits and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for reviewing BMRs, BPRs, COAs, and IPQC data.
• Coordinate batch release with contract manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Support head office QA to conduct routine QA audits and monitor cGMP compliance at CM sites.
• Review BMRs, BPRs, COAs, analytical data, and IPQC records before dispatch.
• Coordinate and monitor timely batch release activities.
• Investigate and close product complaints and implement CAPA.
• Coordinate with Head Office QA on quality matters including OOS/OOT investigations.
• Review finished product COAs from CM sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support head office team members to conduct routine QA audits and monitor cGMP compliance at contract manufacturing sites.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), analytical raw data, and IPQC records before product dispatch.
• Coordinate and monitor timely batch release activities.
• Ensure timely investigation and closure of product complaints, including implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with the Head Office QA team on quality-related matters, including OOS/OOT investigations.
• Review finished product COAs received from contract manufacturing sites.
