Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Delivery to lead the Prior Authorization operations for US Healthcare accounts. You will oversee end-to-end authorization workflows, coach a delivery team, ensure HIPAA compliance, and partner with clients and payers to deliver accurate results.

The role requires 8–12 years in US Healthcare RCM with hands-on Prior Authorization experience and a focus on process improvement and stakeholder management.

Formación

• 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Prior Authorization operations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, authorization workflows, payer guidelines, and denial prevention.
• Proven experience in team handling, client management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing quality, productivity, and SLA metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance management activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, client requirements, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to management and clients.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
