Job summary

SD Biosensor Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Gurugram invites a seasoned IQC leader to oversee daily incoming quality, define inspection plans and ensure material release for critical components in electronics medical devices. You will drive supplier quality improvements, lead audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485/GMP while coordinating with QA, Production, R&D and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production or related discipline.
• 10–20 years of experience in IQC / Incoming Quality / Supplier Quality / Electronics Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong practical knowledge of QMS, incoming inspection and supplier quality management.
• IVD/medical-device experience and knowledge of ISO 13485/GMP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IQC operations, inspection and material release.
• Define and maintain inspection plans, sampling plans, specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Manage inspection of PCB/PCBA, ICs, sensors, displays, batteries, connectors, plastics, mechanical and packaging components.
• Ensure ISO 13485, GMP and QMS compliance; manage NCR, CAPA, 8D, RCA, FMEA and change control for incoming materials.
• Drive supplier quality improvement, supplier audits and CAPA closure.
• Monitor IQC KPIs and defect trends; coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers.
• Lead and develop the IQC team and strengthen defect-prevention practices; support audits.

Job Description

Monitor Supplier PPM, rejection rate, defect trends and IQC KPIs. Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, Engineering, Purchase, Warehouse and Suppliers. Lead and develop the IQC team and strengthen defect-prevention practices. Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.

Qualification & Experience B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production or related discipline. 10–20 years of experience in IQC / Incoming Quality / Supplier Quality / Electronics Manufacturing Quality. Strong practical knowledge of QMS, incoming inspection and supplier quality management. Preferred Background IVD, medical devices, diagnostic equipment, medical electronics, instrumentation, consumer electronics, automotive or industrial electronics. IVD/medical-device experience and knowledge of ISO 13485/GMP will be an added advantage.
