Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a Sports Marketing & Events professional to build and grow running communities across multiple cities. You will plan marathons, training programs, and events, while managing athletes, coaches, and brand ambassadors.

The role requires hands-on event execution, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and work on ground is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, or Community Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in sports/running event execution.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for running, fitness & sports.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground event execution.
• Experience with athletes, coaches, running communities, agencies, or sports brands is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Be Driving

Build and grow running communities across multiple cities.

Plan and execute marathons, community runs, training programs & sports events.

Work closely with agencies, vendors, event partners & internal teams.

4+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, or Community Management.
